HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 1, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney received complainant’s proposed
stipulation and settlement agreement, and will discuss it with respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 5, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
