HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is reviewing the draft permit, and respondent hopes to send the draft
project summary within the next month. At the next status conference, petitioner should be
prepared to file an additional deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 3, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is February 4, 2010.
