HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 17, 2009, petitioner filed a motion for extension of time to file a
response to the Agency’s recommendation. The motion states that the parties plan to
discuss the conditions recommended by the Agency, and petitioner seeks permission to
file its response by
September 16, 2009. Petitioner also filed a waiver of the decision deadline to December
17, 2009. The motion is granted, and petitioner’s response is due by September 16, 2009.
