HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 12, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Additional sampling is being done at the site, and the parties hope to have the
results before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
