HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 27, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that they continue to draft an extensive
stipulation of facts to assist in narrowing the issues for hearing and discovery. The
tentative hearing date set for October 6, 2009, is stricken.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 6, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
