HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 23, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has recently received a draft
stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) from the respondent with comments.
The complainant will review the draft and will revise if needed. By agreement,
respondent’s answer or other pleading is now due to be filed on or before September 24,
2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 10, 2009, at 9:45 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
however, the stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be
cancelled without further notice.
