HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant is waiting to hear from respondent or the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency regarding a supplemental environmental project.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on August 25, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
