HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 20, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent has achieved compliance at the site, and the parties will
begin work on language for a proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on September 21, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
