at 67984 Grapevine Trail in Mcclure

ILL.

A few months ago

I was sent a

citation from

M.Sheila

williams

for having

a open

dump.

I contacted

M.Williams and

explained the reason

for the shingle’s on

my

property, and I contacted a

license waste hauler.

The company

was

busy

and had not a

chance

to get to it. I insured that

I would

contact

them

to

take

care

of

this matter.However

they didn’t get

to it before my deadline.

At

that time became very ill and spent several

days

in

the hospital. I

got

dimissed on

the 6-24-09

while I was in the

hospital I had Beasley Waste

INC. to dispose of

it.inclosed

is the

reciept for thier Charge.

I am a

disabled veteren and I only have my social

security disabilty and

a

small Navy Pension as

income.

All

I’m asking a little time for m.Williams

to

look

over my property.

My

intentions was to do
