HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 25, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that the parties apparently agree on the
monetary demand but that different supplemental environmental proposals (SEP) are
being discussed as the most recent SEP was rejected by the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on September 10, 2009, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
