HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 19, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement on the major issues of
this appeal, and will discuss the best way for petitioner to submit a new application.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 24, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
