HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner’s attorney plans to depose a witness from respondent’s technical unit
who will return from a leave of absence on September 1, 2006. A new hearing date may be
discussed at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
