with the hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency’s comments on the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 17, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
