HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 21, 2009, the parties informed the hearing officer that a motion for
summary judgment was filed by the complainant. The respondent represented that it has
filed dissolution documents with the Secretary of State and will forward the final order
when issued. It appears that the respondent will not file a response to the motion for
summary judgment.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 30, 2009, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
