HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 1, 2007, the parties submitted a revised and joint proposed discovery
schedule. The discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. All oral
discovery, including but not limited to, depositions and subpoenas
duces tecum
, must be
completed on or before August 17, 2007. All final written discovery must be served on
or before September 30, 2007. All responses to final written discovery must be served on
or before October 30, 2007. All dispositive motions must be filed on or before December
17, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 6, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
