HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 10, 2004, the parties reported no new action on this docket, and requested
that the status conference be rescheduled to December 7, 2004. At the next status conference,
petitioner must agree to file an additional waiver of the decision deadline or set this matter for
hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 7, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
The decision deadline for this case is March 3, 2005.
