HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioners are still looking into ways to resolve outstanding
issues, and agreed to file a deadline waiver to May 4, 2006 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioners.
The decision deadline for this case is January 5, 2006.
