HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 30, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear, and has not hired an attorney as
previously discussed. If respondent does not contact complainant’s attorney, Michelle

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 29, 2006. The status conference shall be
