HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, complainant’s
inspector said that certain items still needed to be removed, but respondent needed clarification.
Complainant’s attorney was going to get more information.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 4:30 p.m. on January 3, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
