HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 18, 2006, complainant contacted the hearing officer to request an extension
of time until December 28, 2006 to file its post-hearing brief. Complainant’s attorney did not
have access to respondent’s hearing exhibit since respondent had not produced a copy for her at
hearing, and the document had not been scanned into COOL. Accordingly, the extension is
granted. Respondent’s brief is now due January 27, 2007, and complainant’s reply, if any, is due
February 3, 2007.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
