HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 15, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it has had ongoing discussions regarding a
possible supplemental environmental project as part of the stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation). A draft stipulation is being circulated for review and comments.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 17, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
