HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 31, 2005, the parties advised the hearing officer that they are discussing
settlement.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 18, 2005, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
