HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Due to a conflict with the respondent’s schedule, the March 17, 2005, telephonic status
conference is cancelled and continued to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 31, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference
will be cancelled without further order.
