with the hearing officer. Complainant is still conducting internal discussions regarding
the best way to resolve this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on January 4, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant.
