HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 24, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported,
respondent Harrison was still recovering from health problems, and needed additional
time to review the settlement proposal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2006. The call shall be initiated by the
complainant..
