HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 16, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. By agreement, the parties were directed to obtain a list of possible
hearing dates for the months of January or February 2008, and discuss them at the next
telephonic status conference. The hearing is anticipated to last 4 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 27, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matters and their readiness
for hearing.
