HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 20, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. Hearing dates were discussed. The parties represented that both parties were
available for hearing the week of August 21, 2006, but that date conflicted with the hearing
officer’s schedule. The parties were directed to contact their respective witnesses and, with an
eye towards a bifurcated hearing, ascertain any other dates that they were available.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 21,, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matters and their readiness for hearing.
