HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 29, 2007, the parties submitted a revised discovery schedule. The
discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Fact depositions completed on or
before February 16, 2008. Expert disclosures to be made on or before May 31, 2008.
Expert depositions to be completed on or before August 31, 2008. Dispositive motions to
be filed on or before November 28, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 7, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
