HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 16, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The respondents represented that it anticipates that a proposal
will be forwarded to the complainant prior to the next status conference. The
complainant requested that a discovery schedule and a hearing date be discussed at the
next status conference if the proposal is not completed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on January 25, 2007, at 9:45 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
