HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 25, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. The parties requested a
hearing date be set in this matter. It was agreed that a tentative hearing date is scheduled for
February 17, 2008.
The parties represented that all written discovery has been completed and that they
anticipate discussions regarding written stipulations. The parties also represented that they
continue to discuss a possible settlement in the above-caption matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 11, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
