KEITH L RUNYON
AN INTERESTED PARTY
NOTICE OF FILINING A PETITION TO INCREASE BRIEF FROM 27 TO 28
PAGES.
Please take notice that on the
19th
of May
,2005
Keith L. Runyon
,
an interested party in
the above captioned matter, filed a petition for an expansion of his brief from 27 pages to
28 pages. Petitioner has done everything possible to compress his brief from an original
59
pages to 27. The greatnumber of witnesses testifying in the hearings of April 6 and 7
ofthis 2005 have caused and undue burden on petitioner in seeking to adequately
document the relevant testimony. Since Waste Management has submitted 76 pages in
their opening
Brief, one additional page submitted by petitioner Runyon should not harm or burden any
ofthe parties.
I respectfully submit this request with the hope that the hearing officer will grant said
request.
