    NOTICE OF FILING A MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION
    Please take notice that on May 3,
    2005,
    Keith L Runyon, an interested party in the above
    captioned matter, submitted a motion for an extension of time to file an
    amicus curiae
    brief
    The Petitioner, Waste Management, failed to file its brief, on the due date of April 29,
    2004. This respondent does not have access to their brief and cannot be expected to
    respond to its contents arguments. Mr. Would like to have an extension to 7 days
    following the date that
    Waste Managements brief is posted on the PCB web site
    In addition, Mr. Runyon, requests that the 20 page limit for an Amicus Curiae brief be
    lifted due to the magnitude of the testimony from the April 06, 07, 2005 Hearing.
    This motion is being filed electronically, as of this date because of the urgency of the
    request
    Brief to be submitted Pursuant to Section 101.110(c), and in accordance with Section
    101.628(c).
