HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 26, 2009, the parties participated separately in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioner is reviewing the draft permit, and believes that the issues
relating to this appeal have been resolved. However, the new permit will not be finalized until
certain renewal issues are addressed. The renewal issues pertain to activities that have arisen
since the appeal was filed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
