HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 15, 2005, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that the respondent
had a scheduling conflict and would be unable to appear at the telephonic status conference
scheduled for September 15, 2005. The petitioner represented that it will continue with
discussions with the respondent regarding outstanding issues in an attempt to resolve the above-
captioned matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 10, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
