HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 20, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Due to illness, the hearing officer was unable to attend.
Respondent advised the hearing officer that it is still waiting for comments from the permit
section.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
