HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 19, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are still discussing compliance certification, credible evidence, as
well as other issues. Petitioner sent to respondent a memorandum outlining certain legal
arguments. Respondent’s attorney hopes to review the issues with its permitting section before
the next status conference.
