HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 10, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties were
discussing the technical aspects of this case, and respondent was still working on revising the
draft permit for petitioner’s review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on January 6, 2009. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
