HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 27, 2009, at 1:30 p.m., a telephonic status conference held. Respondent
did not appear until later. The parties represented that they are readying for the hearing
scheduled for June 29 and 30, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on June 23, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
