HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 2, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it may want to revise the agreed
proposed discovery schedule submitted on October 2, 2008. The complainant
represented that it intends to inform the hearing officer within the next 7 days of any
revisions to the schedule. It appears now, and based on the proposed discovery schedule,
a hearing in this matter will be held in June 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 22, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
