HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties were advised to discuss a hearing in April 2009 and
the availability of their respective witnesses prior to the next status conference. A
discovery schedule will also be discussed and implemented at the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 2, 2008, at 12:00 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
