A FINAL ORDER"
Respondent, COMMUNITY LANDFILL CO., INC., by and through its attorneys Mark
A. LaRose of LAROSE

BOSCO, LTD., and Clarissa Y. Cutler, hereby moves the Illinois
Pollution Control Board for leave to join the City of Morris' Motion to Strike Complainant's
"Request for a Final Order", and in support thereof, states as follows:
1.
On June 3, 2009, Complainant filed a "Request for a Final Order" seeking to
expedite
tillS Board's final decision in the above referenced matter.
2.
On June 11, 2009, Respondent CITY OF MORRIS filed a "Motion to Strike
Complainant's Request for a Final
Order" on the grounds tllat the Complainant's "Request" has
no legal basis.
3.
Respondent COMMUNITY LANDFILL CO., INC. concurs with all grounds and
the position and argument set forth
by the CITY OF MORRIS in its Motion to Strike
Complainant's
"Request for a Final Order". If the Board denies the CITY OF MORRIS' Motion
to Strike, Respondent
COMMUNITY LANDFILL CO., INC. also requests that it be given time

to respond to the Complainant's "Request" for the reasons set forth by the City of Morris and
adopted herein.
WHEREFORE, Respondent COMMUNITY LANDFILL
