Dear Ms. Clark:

The Board of the Kingsbridge Association would like to make :it known to all interested

parties that we are completely against the proposed Lowe waste transfer site.

Kingsbridge Subdivision is located in the northeast portion of Cary, and consists of 52

lots.

This site will not only bring more traffic and exhaust pollution to our neighborhood, but it

will also bring excess noise and noxious odors. The proposed location is adjacent to

The Hollows and is too close to neighboring homes.

A waste transfer site may be needed in McHenry County, but a more remote location

would be more conducive to this type of activity.

Please deny Mr. Lowe’s petition and application for this facility. We want Cary to be

known as a quiet community with well-preserved areas where families want to live.
