Dear Mr. Halloran,
PollutionSTATE
OFControlILLINOISBoard
Thank you for holding Mr. Lowe’s appeal at the Cary Junior High school.
Please add these letters and petitions to the public comment for Mr. Lowe’s
I
Appeal on August
14th,
2003.
There is a need fortransfer stations, but not in this location. It would be too
close to people. Iftime permits I recommend a visit to the Lowe location.
The property lies next to the Hollows (McHenry County Conservation Park).
Lake Atwood flows into the wetlands and then into our Lake Killarney.’
Our water is provided to our community through w~lls.I have provided a picture
ofthe Lowe location and surrounding areas.
I hope and pray that now the Illinois Pollution Control Board will agree with the
decisions made by the McHenry County Board to deny Mr. Lowe’s application.
Sincerely,
cs:’. O\(~_~
