I am writing this letter in support of the County’s decision to deny Mr. Lowe’s

application for a waste transfer facility.

I’ve lived in Bright Oaks for approximately 7 years and my property overlooks the

Hollows. I’m concerned about my property value. Presently, it has steadily been

increasing.

The areais

beautiful, quiet

and “fresh smelling”. I’d like to keep it that way.

Mr. Lowe would best serve our community by building his waste transfer station in an

industrial area.
