HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 31, 2005, the respondent, City of Morris, orally requested an
extension of time to file its reply to complainant’s motion for summary judgment. The
complainant had no objection. The City of Morris’ request is granted, and its reply is
now due to be filed on or before November 9, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 8, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
