HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 12, 2005, the respondent, Community Landfill Company, Inc., (CLC), filed a
motion for an extension of time to file its response to the respondent City of Morris’ cross-
motion for summary judgment. CLC’s motion is granted and the response is now due to be filed
on or before October 31, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 8, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
