HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 17, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The hearing dates of October 24, 2006, through October 27, 2006,
were confirmed. The parties were directed to file any pre-hearing motions, including
motions-in-limine,
on or before October 10, 2006. Witness and exhibit lists are due to be
submitted on or before October 2, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a
telephonic status conference with the hearing officer on September 28, 2006, at 11:00
a.m. Please note the time change. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by
the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
