MOTION TO WITHDRAW
The undersigned hereby withdraws her Appearance on behalf of the Respondent, the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. In support thereof, states as follows:
The undersigned’s Special Assistant Attorney General appointment granted by Office of
the Illinois Attorney General expired on June 30, 2008. The undersigned’s appointment was not
renewed for the current fiscal year. By letter dated September 24, 2008, the Office of the Illinois
Attorney General indicated that it was assigning Assistant Attorney General Kristen Gale to
represent the Illinois EPA in the pending matters. Therefore, the undersigned withdraws her
appearance in these matters.
