Respondents COUNTY OF KANKAKEE and COUNTY BOARD OF KANKAKEE
(collectively, “County”), by its attorneys Hinshaw & Culbertson and Swanson, Martin &
Bell, hereby withdraw their motion to compel payment of record costs. This
withdrawal
is as to the CITY OF
KANKAKEE
(“City”) only.
1. On July 30, 2003, the County filed its motion to compel payment of record costs.
The motion was directed
to petilioners
City arid MICHAEL WATSON (“Watson”).
2. The County and the City
have reached an agreement on the payment of costs.
3. Thus, the County
withdraws
its motion as to the City only. The County
continues
to move for an order compelling Watson to pay
his share of the record costs.
WHEREFORE, the County withdraws its motion to compel, as to the City only.
