RESPONSE TO WATSON’S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS
Respondent COUNTY BOARD OF KANKAKEE (“County”), by its attorneys
Hinshaw & Culbertson and Swanson, Martin & Bell, hereby responds to petitioner
MICHAEL WATSON’S (“Watson”) motion for sanctions.
1. On May 13, 2003, the County received, via facsimile, Watson’s motion for
sanctions.
2. Watson’s motion states only that he adopts and joins in the motion for sanctions
filed by petitioner the CITY OF KANKAKEE (“City”).
3. The County has previously filed (on May 13, 2003) its response in opposition to
the City’s motion for sanctions. As Watson has adopted the City’s motion without
further elaboration or argument, the County adopts its response to the City’s
motion for sanctions as its response to Watson’s motion for sanctions.
4. In sum, the County asks the Board to deny Watson’s motion for sanctions.
